In the manufacture before commencement of production, your data is checked again by our manufacturing partner. The results are compared with our documents. The production takes place according to detailed stipulated conditions with a precise time schedule, which is permanently inspected.

Before Board Technologies passes your data on to a manufacturing partner, we check the layout data of the printed circuit board by means of Design-Rule-Check for possible errors during the production (e.g. too few residual rings or little spacing). Besides, we check the data and the order for plausibility, in order to be able to ensure a clear identification.

In almost any case, you can receive a binding offer immediately from Board Technologies. The further inquiry at one of our manufacturing contract partners is not necessarily compelling for this.

Board Technologies dispatches its printed circuit boards in principle from the storage depot Germany by means of your preferred dispatch method - for example by parcel service or courier. We take over the handling of export, import, and transportation for you.

To each manufacturing charge at Board Technologies belongs the quality control including test report, micrograph and soldering sample, which we hand over to you for documentation purposes. Quality standards can be objectively assessed through this by both sides.

On request, Board Technologies stores the printed circuit boards for your company at our storage depot in Germany or takes over the management of a consignment store in your company.
